Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design and development of embedded systems for educational lab tools
Oversee circuit design, PCB layout, prototyping, and testing
Guide and mentor a small team of engineers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
Ensure product quality, timely execution, and clear documentation
Stay updated on emerging tech and apply it to product innovation
Key Requirements:
Strong proficiency in embedded hardware and firmware development
Hands-on experience with prototyping platforms (e.g., Arduino, STM32, Raspberry Pi)
Skilled in PCB and schematic design (KiCad, Altium, or similar)
Solid knowledge of circuit testing and debugging
Excellent problem-solving and team collaboration skills
Requirements
Qualifications:
B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
4–5 years of experience in product design and development
Other Requirements:
Passion for learning and innovation in education technology
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Willingness to adapt and grow in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
