As a BDA, you’ll play a vital role in expanding our reach in the education space. If you’re passionate about learning and love closing deals that matter, this role is for you.

Job Descriptions

Key Responsibilities:


  • Build and nurture relationships with schools, educators, and institutions

  • Pitch and demonstrate our unique learning products and solutions

  • Meet sales targets and manage your own pipeline via CRM tools

  • Represent the brand at education expos, webinars, and client meetings

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and post-sales teams to ensure success


What We’re Looking For:


  • 0 – 3 years of sales experience (education/EdTech preferred)

  • Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills

  • Proven ability to close B2B deals and manage long sales cycles

  • Willing to travel across cities (travel costs covered)

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the education sector (EdTech, publishing, or training solutions experience is highly desirable

  • Familiarity with the K-12, higher education, or corporate learning markets is an advantage
